By accessing or using the natted.cloud platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your continued use of the Service constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and all subsequent amendments thereto. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
Anonymous users who access the Service without creating an account are equally bound by these Terms. By utilizing any feature of the Service — including but not limited to creating labs, executing traces, or interacting with the network simulation engine — you consent to these Terms in their entirety.
natted.cloud provides interactive, browser-based network simulation and education laboratories for informational and educational purposes only. The Service creates ephemeral virtualized network environments using cloud-based isolation technology and associated routing software.
You may use the Service solely for lawful educational purposes. You shall not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to underlying infrastructure; (b) execute denial-of-service attacks or resource exhaustion; (c) use the Service to develop competing products through reverse engineering, decompilation, or systematic extraction; (d) redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content, materials, or intellectual property derived from the Service.
All source code, algorithms, network topologies, instructional content, learning guides, visual design elements, and associated documentation ("Platform IP") are the exclusive proprietary property of natted.cloud and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trade secret, and proprietary rights. No license, express or implied, is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform IP.
User-created lab configurations remain your property. However, by creating content on the Service, you grant natted.cloud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized, aggregated usage data for the purposes of service improvement and analytics.
Account creation requires a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. natted.cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit anomalous usage patterns without prior notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NATTED.CLOUD, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NATTED.CLOUD FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO NATTED.CLOUD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ZERO (€0.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Labs are ephemeral computing environments subject to automatic expiration and cleanup. natted.cloud does not guarantee the persistence, availability, or recoverability of any lab configuration, network state, or simulation data. You acknowledge that labs may be terminated at any time without notice for maintenance, resource management, or policy enforcement purposes.
natted.cloud reserves the unilateral right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface. Your continued use following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
